Hinckley Yachts is hiring a varnisher at Southwest Harbor, Maine.
The work: stripping, sanding, masking and priming wood, metal and fiberglass; applying paint, varnish, stain, gelcoat, enamel and lacquer; inspecting finished work against Hinckley's quality standards.
Hinckley asks for: at least three years of painting experience, preferably in boatbuilding or marine repair; varnishing technique; DA, block and surface sanders and polishers; color matching; basic computer skills.
