Hinckley Yachts is hiring an outboard foreman for its service yard in Portsmouth, Rhode Island.
The work: running the outboard shop day to day and leading its technicians; training junior staff; troubleshooting and repairing outboard and inboard engines across Mercury, Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha; installing new outboards with controls; keeping customers posted on timelines and estimates.
Hinckley asks for: at least five years in sterndrive and outboard repair and electrical diagnosis, a driver's license, your own tools, and the ability to sea-trial and dock boats; master and OEM outboard certifications preferred.
